People & Culture Coordinator, The Adolphus - Dallas, TX

Since opening its doors in 1912, The Adolphus has served as an icon of Dallas and an integral part of the City’s history and culture. Situated on the original site of City Hall, the hotel was modeled after a beaux arts German castle. In its recent restoration and renovation, the hotel’s storied past is both celebrated and reimagined. There is a sense of discovery at every turn. 

The Coordinator of People & Culture will:

  • Support in the planning, scheduling and execution of Team Member events and activities.
  • Provide customer service and basic troubleshooting for Team Members by being the initial point of contact and resources for all team members. 
  • Support the recruitment and retention process for the property for both hourly and salaried team members.
  • Ensure fair hiring practices including consistent completion of all new-hire paperwork.
  • Assist with recognition programs that reward and motivate team members
  • Assist in the recruiting, screening and interviewing for all management and non-management hotel positions.
  • Schedule interviews and as stated above, enter data for new hires.
  • Assist in the preparation for New Hire Orientation. 
  • Perform all administrative tasks, oversee and up-kept all team members' files.
  • Manage property parking assignments for team members. 
  • Other job-related duties may be assigned by P&C team.  


  • At least one year experience in human resources is required.
  • Hospitality experience preferred.  
  • High school or equivalent. 
  • Bilingual Strongly Preferred - Spanish
